SAME-DAY DELIVERY / FAQ
How It Works: You’ll be prompted to choose a delivery time at checkout : 
Morning Delivery (8am-12pm)
Afternoon Delivery (1pm-5pm)
Evening Delivery (7pm-9pm)
Orders placed by 9AM can be delivered to businesses between 10AM and 9PM SAME-DAY. Orders placed by 6PM can be delivered to businesses by 9PM.
If you place an order after 6PM, you’ll be able to choose the time for next day delivery.
(Please contact your W.E.L. Sales Rep if you have a special delivery time request.)
Where is Same-Day Delivery available?
Same-Day Delivery is available in and around The Greater Houston Area.

Is there a delivery fee?
Currently, Wolf Express Liquor is offering FREE SAME-DAY DELIVERY for all accounts. Soon, delivery fees will vary on the distance of the delivery. The fee will be displayed at checkout before you pay for your order. (All B2B Customers will be notified by email, and notified before delivery charges are implemented.
What delivery times are available?
You’ll be prompted to choose a delivery time at checkout.
Orders placed by 9AM can be delivered to businesses between 10AM and 9PM SAME-DAY. Orders placed by 6PM can be delivered to businesses by 9PM. If you place an order after 6PM, you’ll be able to choose the time for next day delivery.
(W.E.L. may accommodate unique delivery requests if your W.E.L. Sales Rep is notified ahead of time or if you list special requests in the order notes, a W.E.L. Sales Rep will reach out to you for further details.)
What if I need to make changes to my order after placing it?
With a customer driven mentality leading the way, we can add to your order once it has been placed.
If you have forgotten an item, you may cancel your order by (713)-424-WOLF(9653) and place a new one online. or simply place a second order, we will be sure to add them together before departure, or send the second order with another driver asap.
If an item is out of stock, we’ll give you the opportunity to approve or decline one of our hand-picked substitutions.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order up until the time that it has out for delivery.
At point of delivery if order is not wanted, simply refuse the order and W.E.L. team member will be in contact.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Once an order has been placed, it can be rescheduled by reaching out to your W.E.L. Sales Rep, or by calling (713)-424-WOLF(9653) directly. We recommend canceling your order and placing a new one with your desired delivery time if it is time sensitive.
Do I have to be at the business to accept my delivery?
No, but a recipient must be at least 21 years old, to accept deliveries. If no one is available or are unable to present a signature to the delivery driver, your order will be returned to the store and the order will be restocked in inventory.
However, you will not be charged a delivery and restock fee as we wish to stay customer driven.
My order was not delivered during my designated delivery timeframe. Who should I contact?
Please reach out to customer service at orders@wolfexpressliquor.com or call (713)-424-WOLF(9653) with your order number and details regarding the time of delivery.
What should I do if my delivery items are incorrect or damaged?
If you are delivered an incorrect or damaged order, please rest assured that W.E.L. will resolve this discrepancy. Your delivery driver can return it to the store and a full refund will be issued, or a replacement will be sent out the same day if possible.
If the delivery is accepted and needs to be returned, please do so by reaching out to orders@wolfexpressliquor.com with your order confirmation number within 24 hours.
Can I return my delivery items in-store?
Yes, please be sure to bring your invoice for all in-store returns. Please call (713)-424-WOLF(9653) if you do plan on returning in store.
How can I tip my driver?
Driver tips are not accepted as drivers are not permitted to accept cash. If you have any feedback or concerns regarding your driver, please contact orders@wolfexpressliquor.com and include your order number / comment or concern. 
If I request a refund, how long does it take to process?
Refunds typically process in 3-10business days, though this timeframe may vary based on your financial institution.
What if one or more of my desired items is not available?
If an item is out of stock, we’ll give you the opportunity to approve or decline one of our hand-picked substitutions.
If the item cannot be replaced, the item(s) will be removed from your order. You will not be charged for the item(s).
If an item you are looking for is not in stock, simply add the item you are looking for into the order notes when placing an order and W.E.L. will add that item into inventory so that you may continue to use W.E.L. as your one stop shop! 
How will I know the status of my order?
You will receive updates about your order status via email and or text.
What should I do if my address is not in a valid delivery area for my store?
Same-Day Delivery may not be available in your area for a business outside of the Greater Houston Area. If this is the case, please reach out to a W.E.L. Sales Rep or email orders@wolfexpressliquor.com. Please note: W.E.L. cannot sell outside of Harris County.
